- Description
- The Indian Health Service, Division of Information Resources, Information Technology Support Center - National Programs, Albuquerque, New Mexico, has a requirement for a Master Person Index software. This performance-based service contract is to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product that will be integrated with the Indian Health Service Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) to establish an Enterprise Master Person Index (EMPI). This acquisition is "Unrestricted". The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 and the size standard is $21.0 Million. Period of Performance is from Date of Award through March 31, 2004 with four (1) year option periods. Request for RFP must be in writing. Telephone request not accepted.
