- Description
- Single award term contract for Department of the Treasury/FLETC, Glynco, GA. Beginning April 1, 2003, and ending March 31, 2004, with possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover the production of Certificate/Award Holders (both hardback and flexible) requiring such operations as die making, foil stamping, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 18. QUANTITY: 35 to 12,000 copies per order. TRIM SIZE: to accommodate 10 x 8" and 11 x 8-1/2" certificates; additionally contractor is to provide presentation envelopes 9-1/2 x 12-1/2". Deliver f.o.b. destination to Glynco, GA. Complete production and delivery is required within 10 to 30 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. Reference Program 3423S on request. Additionally, bidders may download the specifications from the GPO web site (http://www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued. (NOTE: these specifications have not yet been issued, and there is no bid opening date at this time. Target date for issuance of the specifications is March 7, 2003.)
