Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to solicit and award, on an other than full and open competitive (sole source) basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a purchase order to SEAPROBE, Inc., Picayune, MS. The solicitation is 7389, Business Services, NAICS 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. Size Standard of $6.0M. The purchase order type will be firm fixed priced. The requirement is for the procurement of technical services to develop statistical techniques to correlate sediment types and environment of deposition with selected geo-technical properties. These techniques will result in the establishing of geo-signatures and classification of depositional environments for mine burial prediction.
