- Description
- McCarthy & McCarthy, Inc, Coronado, CA. to provide Graduate School of Business and public policy’s (GSBPP) distance learning Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Fleet concentration areas (FCA): San Diego, Norfolk, Oceana, Jacksonville, Pacific Northwest, and Hawaii. McCarthy worked on the design and marketing of the pilot program to the aviation community. Period of performance 12 months and shall commence 16 Mar 03. A non-competitive procurement is anticipated, due to McCarthy’s possessing a thorough understanding of the program and needs of the interface requirements, and facilities, etc. Written RFQ will be utilized via Simplified Acquisition Procedures. FFP contract. Anticipated award date on or before 5 Mar 03.
