Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 4,600 rentable square feet yielding between 4,000 and 4,250 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Marinette, Wisconsin. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Parking for 15 vehicles must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area: Within the city limits of Marinette, Wisconsin. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on January 1, 2004. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Fifteen (15) parking spaces are required; 2) Not located near residential and schooling facilities; 3) Two (2) separate and mutually exclusive access points onto major thoroughfares; 4) Any proposed new construction shall require a setback of at least 50 feet.
