Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(a)(12). THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF THE NETHERLANDS. FFP-Community Support Center (CSC) Liaison at Volkel AB, Netherlands. Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract * Contractor shall provide labor, supplies and transportation required to perform service as specified below in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the clauses and provisions listed below. * Contractor shall work twenty-five (25) hours a week. The contractor will provide cultural adaptation outings and/or social events. The contractor will assist newcomers and other community residents to culturally adapt to the local duty station environment through exposure to language, shopping, public transportation, and other experiences arranged by the contractor. * Community Support Center Liaison for the period of 15 Mar 03 ? 14 Mar 04. * EVALUATION CRITERIA: Award will be made based on price and any other factors that present the overall ?best value? for the government. Contractor shall have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service, of which one of those years must be working directly with military families. Contractor shall have basic administrative skills (word processing, establishing and effectively working budgets, completing and processing forms, compiling statistical reports).
