- Description
- The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a full and open competition contract. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else required to replace existing deteriorated portland cement concrete (PCC) and asphalt pavement with new PCC pavement and hot mix asphalt pavement on one of the primary taxiways at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The construction performance periods will total approximately 100 calendar days. The estimated dollar value of this contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Proposals will be evaluated based on a past performance/price tradeoff with past performance weighing heavier than cost and award being made to the most advantageous proposal representing the Best Value to the Government. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 1611/North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 236220 apply. Estimated Request For Proposal date for electronic posting is 25 Apr 03.
