- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service hereby solicits emergency fixed price proposals for international transportation of mail by aircraft from Newark, New Jersey (EWR) to Kuwait City, Kuwait (KWI) and an intermediate airstop in Bahrain, Bahrain (BAH) (if needed), as described in Part 1, Segment Service Requirements. Dispatches will mostly consist of mail in palletized cardboard boxes. This is a definite quantity contract type and a negotiated commercial procurement as defined in USPS Purchasing Manual, Issue 2. The contract term will begin on March 4, 2003 and end on April 26, 2003, local time. Contract may be renewed for a longer term by mutual agreement of the parties.
