- NA ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** ALL INFORMATION REQUEST SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO PATTI PAGE, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 256-842-6116. patti.page@redstone.army.mil System: HAWK, Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-340-3682, P/N: 13235326, for a quantity of (7) seven each. Destination to be furnished. A quantity of (1) one, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule 155 days after contra ct award for submission and acceptance of test report. Delivery schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solic itation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentati on to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the firm(s) listed. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, Attn: AMSAM-AC-LS-H, FAX Number 256-955-77 37. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. The most recent representative unit price and quantity relative to this acquisition is: NSN: 5998-01-340-3682, Award date 29 Jul 96, Qty: 37 each, Unit pric e: $4,895.03.
