Description: NA HQ, Joint Munitions Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302.1 The requirement is to extend existing natural gas line services at Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, KY. By virtue of Delta’s ownership of the existing gas line service, they are the only source licensed to do this work on Blue Grass Army Depot. This notice of intent to purchase is not a request for competitive proposals. The purpose of this notice is strick ly for sub-contracting purposes.
