- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to Perform window-washing services, including all labor, materials. supplies, equipment, and supervision Work to be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Chicago Health System (West Side and Lake Side), Chicago, IL. 60612. All work will be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and schedule of the subject contract for the period 4/01/03 thru 09/30/03 plus four one-year options to renew. After contract award the contractor shall develop an Quality Control Program (QCP0. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. Failure to visit the site will not relieve the successful Offeror from performing the work in the true intent and meaning of the specifications. Contractor shall contact Ms. Darlene Evan-Webb, COTR to make the necessary arrangement for a site visit at 312-569-6139 ext. 56139 More details can be found in the solicitation. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about February 28, 2003. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. NAICS number is 561720. Size standard is $14 million. Non-personal services. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
