- Description
- The San Juan VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico has a requireme= nt for a service contract for Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the St. Croix Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Vet Center facilities located at the Village Mall, Plot #13 Bays #12 and 13, rural route 2, Kings hill, St. Croix, Virgin Islands. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. NAICS Code is 561720 with $5.0 millions in revenues. The period of performance will begin approximately on or about April 1st, 2003 through March 31, 2004 with option to renew for two additional twelve (12) months periods; which the Government may (or may not) exercise on a unilateral basis. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). VA anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract based on the contents of this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision to provide Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services for the St. Croix CBOC and St. Croix Vet. The Contractor shall be responsible for all requirements in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of this solicitation herein.
