- Description
- The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee is soliciting proposals under IFB number 621-03-19 to provide all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to install electrical power and lighting at the Gazebo. All work is located at Building 10, Gazebo, VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee. =20 All work will commence within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed and complete the entire work, ready for use, within 90 calendar days. Estimated cost range of Item 1 =96 Base Bid: Between $100,000 and $250,000; Item 2 =96 Alternate I and Item 3 =96 Alternate II: Between $25,000 and 100,000 each. Note that items 2 & 3 are alternates; therefore, the Government plans to award only one of the three items, not a combination of the items. A total of 15 bid packages will be available on a first come, first serve basis on or about 03/03/2003. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Bid packages can only be obtained from the issuing office by written request. Written requests shall be in the form of the company=92s letterhead that includes the company=92s complete name, address, office telephone, FAX number and contact person. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at 10:00 AM in the Purchasing Conference Room, Building 8, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.=20 NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 and the small business size standard is $12M.
