- Description
- Provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11,artificial limbs and related services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. This solicitation is for partial small business set aside. The projected service period is from July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004 with two pre-priced option years. This is a mulitiple award contract. If you are unable to download the solicitation, you may request it in writing, addressed to the contracting officer, to include, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, and point of contact. No e-mail request will be accepted. Proposals are due by April 9, 2003 at 4:00p.m. local time. See numbered note, number 2.
