- U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease consisitng of approximately 23,048 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space, along with 2 reserved parking spaces, and 105 employee parking spaces for the Small Business Administration, and sufficient parking for visitors. All spacesmust be a contiguous and located on (1)floor. Space should yield a minimum of 19,039 to a maximum of 21,040 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government reserves the right to approved the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: *Historic properties within historic districts * Sites within historic districts (whether developed or undeveloped) Historic properties outside of historic districts. The Government desires a 10 year term. Occupancy is requires no later than July 1, 2003. 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror's name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space. Expressions of interest should be sent to General Services Administration, Ft. Worth Service Center, 819 Taylor St, Room 10A27, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Written responses are required; telephone responses will not be considered.
