- Description
- Noun: Sustainment and Enhancement of the CMS (Cockpit Management System) and CAAS (Common Avionics Architecture System) software. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for a period of five years is anticipated. The Government does have the rights to data or code to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and feel they can support the CMS and CAAS software are requested to identify themselves to the contracting officer who can provide additional information. Software will be delivered to various sites; however, Ft. Campbell, KY will receive the majority of software and system engineering support. Software to be included in the VH-60N, HH-60J, MH-60K/L, MH-47D/E/G and MH-6 aircraft. When calling be prepared to state name, address, firms name, and solicitation number. Pursuant to FAR 6.302(a)(1), intended source is Rockwell Collins Government Systems, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See note 22
