Description

The US Geological Survey, Reston, VA has a requirement for maintenance services for the existing Identicard 9000 Access Control and Badging System located at 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, Virginia. The contractor shall provide full maintenance service to include all parts and labor to accomplish work in accordance with statement of work under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 03HQQQ0021 posted on Electronic Commerce. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Details may be viewed on the Department of the Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The posted RFQ contains Instructions to Offerror's, Statement of Work, delivery and applicable clauses in the Clause Section of the RFQ. Period of Performance shall be awarded for a base year and two option years. This is a small business set-aside. All vendors who can meet this requirement, and have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. A written solicitation for this requirement will not be issued. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 and SIC code is 7349. Quotes are due by close of business on Thursday, March 13, 2003.
