PRON: AX3F0157AX; NSN: 1680-01-252-0373; Quantity: Min 204 each / Max 884 each, 5 years of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity; Part Number: 70500-02152-047 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. This item is restricted to the following approved sources: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Cage Code 78286) and C.R. Daniels (Cage Code 15814) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain th e quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowl edge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Deliveries are FOB origin to Texarkana, TX. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contai ns technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United S tates without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Numbered Notes 23 and 26.
