- Description
- The Government wishes to purchase a complete Aircraft Hoist System the engine test cell. The system is to include a power electronics control enclosure, two M546CXH 5 HP Micro-Speed CX variable frequency drives (9.0 amps, 460 VAC) 115 VAC control, with mechanical load brake. Plus one power electronics control enclosure for two MSM4A Micro-Speed Smart Move; variable frequency drives (4 amps, 208-460 volts) with built in regeneration resistor. The requirement will also include a Robinson Engineering Crane Boss 200 hand held digital radio control system. Removal of the existing crane and installation of the new system is included in the request as well. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans, LA Small Business District. (Definition: in accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offeror may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipt that exceeds one million dollars). Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no offer received from a very small business concern, this acquisition is then set-aside 100% for a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved for (1) 100% small business consideration or (2) full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
