- PR No: LTC03021007911 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Valve, Poppet for the T64 Turboshaft Engine. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: General Electric Company, Cage 99207 and Lucas Aerospace Inc, Cage 99595. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 2995-00-233-1151; P/N: 37C302336G007, Rev ?T,? Base Year AEQ: 132 each, Option Year AEQ: 132 each. Delivery: FOB Destination Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 240 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 23 and 26. A copy of the solicitation will be provided to each vendor requesting a copy from the buyer, Phillip Bridgmon 804-279-3484. Electronic bulletin board and internet quoting system quotes are not acceptable for this solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 17 March 2003, anticipated award date is 30 April 2003.
