- Description
- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS) MISSION INTEGRATION CONTRACT which was posted on December 17, 2002. You are notified that the following changes are made: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference held on Friday, March 7, 2003 from 1:00 p.m. CST to 5:00 p.m. CST, at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Gilruth Center, First Floor, Alamo Ballroom, Houston, Texas 77058. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. and the Conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. The overview of the Draft Request for Proposals will be presented. At this time, we ask that each interested contractor notify Linda Riviera in writing by March 5, 2003, (either by electronic mail or US mail) of their planned participation in the Pre-Proposal Conference including names of all attendees. Ms. Riviera's email address is as follows: missioni@ems.jsc.nasa.gov. Ms. Riviera's mailing address is as follows: NASA/Johnson Space Center, Linda Riviera, Mailcode: BG, 2101 Nasa Rd. 1, Houston, TX 77058. There is currently no limit to the number of participants representing your company. However there may be imposed restrictions to the number of participants based on the responses received by March 5, 2003. Any restrictions or changes to this Pre-Proposal conference will be posted on the ISS Contract Strategy website listed below. The directions to the Gilruth Center will be available on the ISS Contract Strategy homepage at url: http://gilruth.jsc.nasa.gov/facilities/default.htm Enter via Gate #5 from Space Center Blvd. and badging will not be required. The due date for comments and questions to the DRFP are not extended and remains at March 21, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
