- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Color Video Compression encoder, Model #ENC10004A94, Quantity 2 each. 2) 2-Channel Video Decoder, Model #DEC1000R10, Quantity 1 each. This requirement is sole sourced to Enerdyne Technologies Inc., 10675 Sorrento Valley Road, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92121-1609 for compatibility with the command and controls on the existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the Color Video Compression Encoder/Decoder, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the (data/service) without causing programmatic hardship.
