- Description
- 1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861-5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861-5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-488-42 for the operation of the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will be available on FedBiz Ops and the Job Corps Web Site by approximately March 21, 2003. The solicitation will also appear on the internet at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. 3) The closing date for written technical proposals, Business Management Proposals, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a May 22, 2003. Oral presentations will be tentatively scheduled the week of July 14, 2003. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk-thru are scheduled for April 10, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, incentive-fee, contract will run from January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2005, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average planned capacity of the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center is 850 students: residential males 168; nonresidential males 132; residential females 170; nonresidential females 338. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
