Unrestricted. See Numbered Notes23 & 26. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision B02. ABVS applies. FOB destination. Total quantity is 179 each, to be delivered to Tracy, CA. Delivery - 444 days ARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 24, 2003.
