- DESC: NSN 4720-00-453-6488 Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic 4 inch, 150 psi, cam-lock couplings 50 foot long. IAW with Spec NR A-A-59326, Type Number AA59326I119. Request for Specs should include the RFP number, closing date, buyer name and number. Spec need to be order from the listed organization in the solicitation. Do not call buyer for copies of the solicitation or Specs, this will be obtained off the web. Qty 100 each to be delivered to Tracy, Ca and Qty of 424 to be delivered to New Cumberland, Pa. The required delivery schedule is 120days after date of award 90 will consist of F.A.T. performance. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 13 Mar 2003(issue date) from http://dibbs.dscccols.com a written quote is required. This is set-aside for small business. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance as described in this solicitation.
