Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) P/N 70400-22258-044 and TEK Precision Co. Ltd. (65780) P/N 70400-22258-044. Qty 146 ea to be delivered to AQ5 Stockton CA (includes First Article Test(FAT) 640 days after date of award. Qty 151 ea to be delivered to SNC New Cumberland PA (includes First Article Test (FAT) 640 days after date of award. Qty 32 ea to be delivered to NDZ San Diego CA (includes First Article Test (FAT) 640 days after date of award. Item 9906 Government First Article Test 1 te 320 days. See clauses I44 and I44a for information concerning the FAT requirement. Item 9910 Special Test 2 ea 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 03/13/2003. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 78286 and 65780. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
