Description: The U>S> Government currectly occupies 1,960 usable square feet of space at 2625 Wayne Sullivan Drive, Paducah, KY. under a soon to be expiring lease. The General Services Administartion plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation and upfitting costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
