- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a build to suit office space of approximately 4,858 rentable square feet of office and related space to yield a minimum of 4,224 ansi/boma usable square feet of space and 10 on-site paved parking spaces. Space must be located in the following 2 delineated areas bounded by and fronting on: (1) East-Larel Hurst Ave West-Westpark Blvd. South-Fernandina Rd. (2) West-U.S. Highway 60 East-Harbison Blvd. North-Parkridge Dr. (Areas on N side of this road is OK) South-I-26 Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: The space is required by May 01,2004 for 10 years firm.
