- Description
- The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,744 rentable square feet of office and related space to yield a minimum of 4,125 ansi/boma usable to a maximum of 4,249 ansi/boma usable square feet of space and 6 gated/secured paved parking spaces. Space must be located within the Central Business District of Sumter, SC. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: The space is required by November 1, 2003 for 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having cancellation priveleges after the firm term.
