- The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,400 rentable sq. ft. of office space with on site parking for 40 vehicles within the Mount Clemens, Michigan area bound by: North: 21 Mile Road; West: North Avenue; South: Elizabeth Road; East: Interstate 94. Acceptable buildings and build-to-suit projects will be considered. Rentable space must yield between 8,244 and 9,046 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December of 2003. The offered space should be fully serviced and must be able to meet all Government requirements, including Fire & Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. After an on-site survey by the Government, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area. Likewise, the requirements stated here may be changed by the Government, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The General Services Administration is utilizing, Spaulding & Slye, LLC, to represent the Government in this procurement. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership Expressions of interest should include building or site address, a map of the location, and a site, elevation and block plan, if available.
