- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE U. S. GOVERNMENT The Federal Government desires to lease approximately 20,000 rentable square feet of office and related space in West Palm Beach, Florida. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 16,482 to a maximum of 18,150 BOMA Usable square feet. The space is required for occupancy no later than June 1, 2004. The term of the lease is 10 years firm.The offered space must be located within the following delineated area: North - PGA Boulevard South ? 30th Street (West Palm Beach) East - Atlantic Ocean West - Interstate 95The space, either existing or proposed, must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space must be capable of being altered to meet the unique requirements of the Government. All submittals for new construction shall, at a minimum, include a site plan.The intended tenant of this space acquisition is the United States Border Patrol. All submittals to house this space requirement shall be located in an area suitable for law enforcement operations. The General Services Administration does not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
