- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS DEVELOPERS TO BUILD AN OFFICE BUILDING FOR FEDERAL BUREAU INVESTIGATIONS IN TAMPA, FLORIDA The U.S. Government is seeking companies who are interested in constructing a 112,700 rentable square feet of office building on pre-optioned site in the Tampa, Florida. Offerors must be able to complete project as outlined in Soliciation For Offers 1FL0260. Solicitations will be sent out by March 31, 2003.
