- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment (except as otherwise provided by the Government), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of Mechanical and Elevator Maintenance Services located at U.S. Court Complex, 225 Cadman Plaza and the US General Post Office and Courthouse, 271 Cadman Plaza, Brooklyn, NY. The two locations represent three buildings, approximate square footage of 1.4 Million of office space. The duration of the contract will be three (3) base years with two (2) three year evaluated option periods. This contract will be a firm fixed price contract with economic price adjustments. Offers will be evaluated using "Source Selection", lowest price technically acceptable method, with the following evaluation factors and subfactors: (1) Prior Experience, (2) Past Performance, (3) Technical Approach has five (5) subfactors which are: (a) Preventive maintenance plan, (b) Staffing and authority plan, (c) Quality control plan, (d) Customer service plan, (e) Small disadvantaged business concern participation. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be schedule, the exact date and time of this conference will be contained in the solicitation package.. (except for the "Building Inventory List"), THE ABOVE SYNOPSIS IS HEREBY MODIFIED TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE FROM 3/25/03 TO 4/16/03
