- Solicitation Number N00421-03-T-0093 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). DFARS 252.204-7004"Required Central Contractor Registration applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your offer. The Patuxent River NAWC AD has a requirement to procure the following "Brand Name Only" products: 2 ea p/n: HP3561A Dynamic Signal Analyzer with Option 1 and GPIB plug installed; 2 ea p/n: 2022D (Marconi) Signal Generator; 2 ea p/n: Fluke 105B scope meter. The salient character of these items is that they shall all be refurbished. In order to maintain compatibility among all existing equipment, the Government must procure these brand name items. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
