- NA THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS received in response to the Request for Information (RFI) regarding the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Centennial Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center is attached. The intent of the RFI is to refine the PWS for its inclusion into the official solicitation (Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) as appropriate) under an OMB Circular A-76 cost comparison study. These questions and comments have been considered and changes to the PWS, if any, will be reflected in the official solicitation upon issuance. These questions and comments are provided for informational purposes only; NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED NOR REQUESTED. The Questions and Comments may only be viewed at http://IDEASEC.NBC.gov. under Document Number 03RFI81IC010001 (03RFi81iC010001). The Government will not provide hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROMs of these Questions and Comments.
