- NA The Government seeks Regionally Accredited Colleges and or Universities interested in establishing an undergraduate and graduate program in support of Joint TAst Force-Bravo (JTF-B) Education Center, Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. The contract period of per formance will be 1 Aug 2003 through 31 Jul 2004, with four consecutive option periods. The undergraduate program will entail the offering of a myriad of courses leading to Associate and Bachelor Degrees in Mangement, Administration, Information Management, Criminal Justices, and Education. A minimum of four (4) courses shall be offered per eight-week semester. A graduate level program with courses offered every 6 weeks, one week intensive, leading to an MBA, Master of Human Relations, Master of Human Reso urce Mangement, Master of Political Science, Master of Administration and Master of Education. Use of affiliate institutions or partnering between schools in contract performance is acceptable including managerial oversight of multiple programs. The Government will provide logistical support to successful College and or University in the form of transportation (airfare to and from Soto Cano AB), food and lodging, and other base priviledges such as access to the PX/BX, low cost or free Morale Welfa re and Recreation tours for qualified Professors. This support also includes classrooms, overhead projectors, administrative space, computers, access to LAN and required Country Clearance and JTF-B Base Pass to access the base. Selected insititution for t he undergraduate program must be a participant in the Service Members Opportunity College (SOC) Program at the 2-year and 4-year levels.
