- NA PRON: AX360889AX, NSN: 5306-00-008-5025, PN: BACB30ST8-31, Quantity: 1300 each minimum/6900 each maximum, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarka na, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 1300 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 1300 each, 180 DACA. This are restricte d to SPS Technologies Inc., 301 Highland Ave., Jenkintown, PA , Avibank Mfg. Inc., 11500 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91609-1909 and The Boeing Company, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing so urce(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required ite m described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not clos e prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control A ct (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
