Description

NA PRON: AX360939AX, NSN: 1560-01-232-0030, APN: 234S4914-4,Quantity: 19 each plus two 100% options, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 19 each 250 DAys After Contract Award (DACA). This a re restricted to The Boeing Company, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078. The Governent does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available f or this acquisition. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to complete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstpme.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjused dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are remined that all request for sol icitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Acquisition contains technical data whose export is estricted by the Arms Export Control ACt (Title 22,USC.,SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration ACt (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-240 2) Executive order 121470.
