Description

NA The U.S. Military Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies, 40 Shattuck Road, Andover, MA 01810 for an upgrade of Agilent IC-CAP Software Modeling and Simulation Suite. The statutory authority for other than full and o pen competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requriements. The applicable SIC code is 3821, NAICS code is 339111 with a size standard of 500 employees. See Numbered Note 22. I nsert 1 day in lieu of 45 days in note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. A solicitation will not be issued.
