- DESC: Synopsis: WR-ALC/LKNL has a requirement for sustaining engineering services for Quick Reaction Support of the NAVSTAR Global Positioning System Legacy user equipment to include special studies and field support. This will be an IDIQ type contract with a one-year basic ordering period and four outyear options. The approximate solicitation issue date will be Mar 03 with the approximate response date of Apr 03.
