Description

The US Department of Transportation intends to award a Order to Altamaha Building Systems, Inc, in Baxley, Georgia, for construction and electrical services at the Winn Army Hopsital in Ft. Stewart, GA. The contractor shall construct a (pre-engineered/metal) Preventive Medical Building in accordance with all local, state and federal codes. The building shall be 60'x104', concrete slab 4" deep wit 8" turn down reinforced with wire fiber; steel frame structure; outside lights and roof must be same design as building 303; fire alam systems must be in accordance with Ft. Stewart requirements; communications requirements must be installed; signage package must meet hospital criteria; interior lights must be T8 type with electronic ballast; air conditioning mjust be 3 electric complete heat pump. This is an urgent project must be completed within 60 days from start date. The contractor must be have all appropriate security clearances.
