- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Requirements type contract. This is a Sole Source requirement with Monogram Systems, 800 West Artesia Blvd., Compton, CA 90220-5104 for cleaning rinse toilets and toilet control systems. These toilet systems are currently being used along with the steeless steel enclosures manufactured by UNICOR to be installed in INS buses. These enclosures and plumbing is specifically designed to the specific dimensions of the Drop-in-Toilet system that are currently being produced by UNICOR. Estimated quantity is 85 each. The required delivery is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of delivery order. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination FCI Three Rivers, TX. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
