- Description
- Furnish and place hot bituminous asphalt pavement on Forest Development Road (FDR) No. 329, Cardens Bluff in Carter County, Tennessee, and FDR No. 337, Jacobs Creek Rec., and FDR No. 87A, Little Oak, in Sullivan County, Tennessee, in accordance with applicable terms, conditions and specifications. Work includes surface preparation such as reshaping the existing gravel and rolling to a smooth compact finish. All work to be completed by May 15, 2003. Estimated effective date of the Notice to Proceed is April 10, 2003.
