- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-2475 is hereby modified to change the Unrestricted Solicitation to 8A SOLE SOURCE to R.E.P.A., Cage Code 3BX45. All other requirements remains the same. Solicitation Number SP0450-.03-R-2475, YPG03036000004, NSN 6830-01-356-1201, Dichlorotetrafluoroethane, Reclaimed. Unit quantity equals 1,360 lbs per cylinder. Government-Owned Cylinders, NSN 8120-01-356-1244, DOT 4BA/4BW300, are reserved at SRU in condition code A. This cylinder does not require Palletization. Origin inspection required. This NSN is procured in accordance with a military/federal specifications CID-A-A-59666, QAP 002 applies. This is an Unrestricted solicitation and will result in Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for 19 CY with option to increase the quantity, 100%. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issue on 10 March 2003 with a closing date of 31 March 2003.
