- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The NAICS code is 514210 with a small business size standard of $18.0 million. The National Library of Medicine has a requirement for the services as stated in the attached Statement of Work and appendices. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be for a base year and four one-year option period(s.) An anticipated award date is March 1, 2003. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BID ON ALL OR NONE BASIS.
