- Dollar magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The performance time is 365 calendar days. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the construction of the new brick Golf Course Club House located at the Charleston AFB, SC. Project No. DKFX 01-5009. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items of work which are listed for the contractor's convenience in order that he may determine the general scope of work involved as follows: Site work including new parking area paving, driving range and landscaping. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Interior and exterior work. Install new standing seam metal roof system. New water and sewer lines. Pre-engineered metal building for golf cart storage. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and will be evaluated using Pricing/Performance Trade-Off Procedures. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L & M of the solicitation.
