- The purpose of this modification is to clarify registration dates for participants. The following is applicable: U.S. Citizens are required to register by February 27, 2003 to attend this workshop. Foreign Nationals are required to register by February 25, 2003, not February 26, 2003, which includes completion of a DARPA Foreign National Visitor Request Form (DARPA Form 60).
