- Description
- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION MISSION INTEGRATION CONTRACT, 9-BG-79-2-78P-a which was posted on December 17, 2002. You are notified that the following changes are made: The DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (DRFP) is released. A copy of the DRFP can be found at the ISS Contract Strategy homepage at the following website: http://jsc-web-pub.jsc.nasa.gov/bd01/excellent-strategy/ Please be advised that the DRFP is not a solicitation and NASA is not requesting proposals at this time. In accordance with NFS 1815.201, potential offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the draft solicitation, including the requirement, schedules, proposal instructions, and evaluation approaches. Potential offerors are requested to: Identify unnecessary or inefficient requirements; Identify voluntary consensus standards that meet the Government's requirements as alternatives to Government-unique standards cited as requirements, in accordance with FAR 11.101 and OMB Circular A-119. Identify perceived safety, occupational health, security (including information technology security), environmental, export control, and/or other programmatic risk issues associated with performance of the work. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own coy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Please provide any comments or questions to the DRFP at the following e-mail address: missioni@ems.jsc.nasa.gov by March 21, 2003.
