- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 15,000 rentable square feet of first-class, high-quality office space. The rentable office space must yield between 11,000 and 14,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and within the following delineated area: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Liberty Avenue and Grant Street. Southwest on Grant Street to Sixth Avenue. Northwest on Sixth Avenue to Smithfield Street. North on Smithfield Street to Liberty Avenue. Northeast on Liberty Avenue to intersection with Grant Street. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest should be submitted within 7 days and must include: 1) Building name and address. 2) BOMA Office area square feet available and rental rate per square foot. 3) Method of measurement used. 4) Common Area Factor.
