- Description
- NUWC Keyport requires 29 each part no. 992-18001-001A and 31 each part no. 992-18051-005, Galexee Communications & Electronics Inc or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 334419 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 28 March 03, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52.212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 03 March 03. Simplified acquisition procedures shall be used for this procurement. See Numbered Note 1
